Launching with an exclusive, limited-edition collaboration with celebrated artist Rawan Sirry, DRIFT has reimagined the traditional Galette des Rois.
Priced at AED 185 and available from January 6th to January 19th, the galette features a hidden fève, offering diners a chance to win a one-of-a-kind artwork by Rawan.
This collaboration marks the start of a 2025 calendar at DRIFT, blending art and cuisine through creative events and installations.
